Return window
Most eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
How to request a return
- Sign in to your account and open Help Center.
- Create a return request for the order item and share the reason.
- Our team reviews the request and shares return / pickup instructions.
- Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method or wallet.
Non-returnable items
- Personal-care and intimate products (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom / made-to-order items unless defective
- Items damaged due to misuse or missing accessories
